Fairfield County Bank Branches Approved; Greater Danbury Advisory Board Formed

Fairfield County Bank recently held the first meeting of its newly formed Greater Danbury Advisory Board.  The members include: Robert Van Houten, CPA, Fiorita, Kornhaas, & Van Houten, Danbury; Terry Pellegrini, Attorney, Moots, Pellegrini, Mannion, Martindale & Dratch, P.C., New Milford; Kevin Dumas, CPA, Estate & Tax Management, New Milford; Greg Steiner, Principal, Berkshire Corporate Park and Steiner, Inc., Bethel; Hal Kurfehs, Coldwell Banker Commercial, Bethel; Patrick Cleary, Pre-Engineered Building Concepts, Brookfield; Dan DiBuono, Tower Realty Corporation, Brookfield and Dan O’Grady, Attorney, Bethel. 

January 29, 2007 - Fairfield County Bank has received the necessary approvals to open two offices in Danbury. The first office, which is scheduled to open in the next few weeks, will be located in the Atrium Building at 457 Main Street.  The bank’s commercial lending team which consists of Bill Starbuck, Executive Vice President, Northern Fairfield County Division; Bill Barnhart, Vice President, Commercial Lending and Lisa Ann Allaby, Assistant Vice President, Business Development, will be located in the Atrium office. The second office will be a full-service branch at 114 Federal Road and is currently scheduled for a Spring opening.

The Bank has also formed an Advisory Board comprised of area business owners and leaders. “We’re very pleased to have such a distinctive and high-powered representation of the Greater Danbury market area on our Advisory Board," stated Mr. Starbuck, a Ridgefield resident, who leads the bank’s commercial market initiatives for the Greater Danbury area.  "We look forward to having these individuals assist the bank in developing our market share and in advising how we can improve the delivery of banking services to area businesses.”
