Richard W. Clemens II Joins Fairfield County Bank

October 2005 - Richard W. Clemens II has joined Fairfield County Bank as Senior Vice President – Division Executive of Norwalk/Darien and will lead the market initiatives for that area. Mr. Clemens was most recently a Senior Vice President at Bank of America and has held executive positions at Citigroup/Citibank and Bank of New York, where he completed the Bank’s credit training program.  He is a four-time recipient of the CitiStar Award given to the top one-half percent of Citibank sales officers and a recipient of the Bank of America Excellence Award presented to the top one-half percent of Sales performers nationally in 2004. Mr. Clemens received a B.A. in Political Science from Fairfield University and holds NASD Series 7 and 63 registrations as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses.  He resides in Norwalk with his wife and two children.
