Representative
Job Description
Provides
quality customer service to customers, accurate data entry of new
loans, payments and General Ledger items, and efficient
disbursements of tax, PMI and homeowners and flood insurance while
servicing mortgage, commercial and consumer loans.
Responsibilities

Processes lending
related payments, disbursements, payoffs and general ledger
-
Responds to
payoff requests and prepares payoff documentation and mortgage
releases
-
New loan data
entry
-
Processes
property tax bills including receipt and disbursements
-
Coordinates
escrow analysis
-
Pays insurance
bills from customer escrow accounts
-
Monitors NSF
checks and exceptions reports
-
Performs quality
reviews of mortgage and consumer loans
-
Balances daily
work and filing correspondence
-
Researches and
responds to requests for information
Requirements
-
Associates Degree
in business, accounting or finance preferred
-
2-3 years loan
servicing experience
-
Strong
interpersonal and computer skills, accuracy with numbers, and
attention to detail essential
